order id: OD115218101408023000 i bought mobile through flipkart where as i got the defective piece. the mobile touch panel is not working properly especially while receiving incoming calls and the touch sensitivity is not good as expected.
created a return/replacement request for that they make a technician to visit to my door step. on 7th may he visited and checked the device , the device is okay with the functionality test but again while incoming calls touch is not responding that’s what he mentioned for the flipkart support team , but still flipkart service rejected the request and it happened twice, again they are sending technician to test the mobile. i really regret for the awful service by flipkart and they don’t forget about asking feedback at the end .
each day either i have to call the customer support or they will call me and wasting lots of time regarding this issue and they are with their general statements…….. we are very sorry for the inconvenience by flipkart……….be patient wait for 24-48 hrs our team will get back to you………please provide the feedback………..
but seems like issue is not resolving …….and there is too much of mental tension and wasting lots of time
i suggest you guys go through other service provider other than flipkart
