Respected Sir,
I am a subscriber of Tata Sky DTH.

1. Our tata sky is not receiving signal from 5th April 2017 and I have posted complaint bearing Complain No : WE1R3RG Dated 6/4/2017 after holding 20 minutes on Phone for a complain and engineer was suppose to come at 10AM , but no one came and they aske our alternate cell number but they don’t give their alternate number ,what they give is email id [email protected]
2 I Followed up with Tata sky after holding 15 minutes and they said your appointment is reschedule at 6.40PM in eveining than engineer calls at 3 PM and fixes an appointment and he never turns Up and switches off his mobile .( Engineer Mr Vasudev 9967799683)
3 I made a call to Tata sky and spoke to Mr.Abhishek and he transferred to his Senior person Mr siddharth and he has promised to look in the matter and He confirmed that enginner will come at 10 am on 8th April 2017 to solve the problem
Hope they take my complain with seriousness and resolve the issue
