info.VIN*PAYTM Complaint - Dispute relating to Paytm wallet

In a process of adding(through atm debit card on 9th January, 2017) money (2500)to Paytm wallet, after done with receiving otp to registered number, it had been ended up with server busy. Money doesn't added to wallet but the same has been deducted from my account.
So, I contacted with my bank and lodged a complaint regarding it,but the reply from my bank is that"the dispute has been declined by the merchant"
Please ensure me that my amount doesn't flew away!
