Samsung Complaint - Double door refrigerator - Atrocious after sales services

I am an army officer and I had purchased a Samsung double door refrigerator last year, the warranty of which has just expired on 04/05/2017. The refrigerator suddenly stopped working on 07/05/2017 and I lodged a complaint for the same on Samsung call centre.
I was told that my problem would be attended to by 08 May 2017 and on 08 May a technician was sent by the service centre in Pune who told me that the compressor of the refrigerator has packed up and the same shall be replaced by the Co free of cost as the warranty for the same is for 10 yrs.
Thereafter I have been frantically calling the customer care No,but there is no response from the local call Centre in Pune who are highly irresponsible.Neither the local service centre guys attend to my calls, resolving of my problem is a far cry.
It's my request to you to intervene in this matter and help me resolve this problem in these summers when the temperature is shooting to 45 degrees and there's no response from the Co.
I want this atrocious service that's being provided by Samsung to be made public on your channel.
