Eureka Forbes Complaint - extraordinary delay in service of aquaguard

My euroka forbes aquaguard was working well.however AMc expired and we thought of renewing it.so on 16.3.17 I renewed.The service person demanded cash apart from AMC as service charge immediately. He told filter will be replaced within a week. Despite several reminders he took two months. When he replaced water was not coming .hence he took the entire machine to office.Though it was said it was repaired within four days,he is yet to fix in my house.
It was brought to manager notice.still no response. The company need to be given award for Worst indian after sales company in India of the decade.
