fedex courier Complaint - harassment

Today I received delivery from the FEDEX courier company for the Amazon product (i.e. Phone). The amount mentioned on the invoice for the product was mentioned as 7,465 which was paid by me to the delivery guy. After 1-2 hours the delivery guy called me saying that sir you have paid less amount as I is displayed at my end that product costing is worth 9,465/-. He tried to call me again and again to take more amount (2000/-). As told my me that on the receipt and on the Amazon invoice it's displayed that prdouct cost is 7,465/- which already paid by me. But continuously reply to him he again and again called me during my working office works and harassing me for the amount. I also asked him that to very the issue at the FEDEX department that why it's showing to take more amount for the product from me but he never listened to me and started arguing with me around 45-50 mins on phone. When the delivery boy reached to me in my office and again called to the FEDEX courier department for the issue as told by me then it was informed by the courier department that they have entered wrong amount for the product on their sheet. So, the amount that need to be received from me was the same as I paid i.e 7,465.

So, I posting this complaint for the FEDEX courier department for the case of customer harassment, as whole issue was generated because of the carelessness of the department. As told I was literally very much harassed and this whole process let my work suffer in my company which need to me paid by the courier department.
