Sun n sand hotel, Juhu, Mumbai Complaint - Misbehave and rough language used

Security of the sun n sand are not even trained basic word and behaviour for its customers because one Mr.vijay srivastav (security) used very rough word and bad attitude to me when I was entering to the hotel then I came back with the intention that I will never prefer this sun n sand any time in my life even I will communicate this in my whole group not to prefer this hotel.

I was using this hotel since long for stay and meeting but I was noticing that the staff of the hotel straight way saying no with full attitude without seeing any possibility so I saw lack of knowledge and training for example during my dinner meeting which was before 3 month I had requested to bring yellow dal without sour that restaurant people bluntly said no it is not possible, Still I requested to talk kitchen and let me know still he refused, I got socked that without tomatoes yellow dal is not possible which was my first bad experience

I have noticed such kind of many incidents in sun n sand Juhu even in Shirdi

Now this is enough
