Central Railway Mumbai Local Complaint - Misbehavior and incompetency of ticketing staff

I was issuing a season ticket from Vashi to Kanjurmarg (via Thane), when asked by the ticketing staff at the counter at Vashi named B.L ROKHADE I specifically mentioned to issue the ticket via Thane and not Kurla, but due to his error he issued the wrong ticket. Upon being pointed out his mistake he not only used offensive language and tone but made me wait for 1 hour in the scorching heat for him to change the ticket. This is not only unacceptable but very unhealthy behavior on the part of the station staff who are working to serve the public and no to bully them. I would appreciate if some action is taken against such behavior by the staff. Installing CCTV and voice recording systems would prevent staff from being rude to the public and not helping them out.
