Bank of Baroda Complaint - misbehaviour

This is Shadab Ansari from Lucknow Rajajipuram
This is to inform you that bank of Baroda Rajajipuram Lucknow branch the staff who is working
Inside the bank they don’t know how to respect with costumer, there language’s is very roughly.
My parents are old, last 3 days back, when they went to the bank to withdraw their money,
There is one lady on a counter they speak very badly.
I request to the bank to care off about all this and explain how to guide with costumer.
