Hitachi AC Complaint - New Defaulted Hitachi ACs Delivered

I had bought 2 Hitachi AC (1.2 & 1.5 ton) from Tata Croma, Bangalore on 5th April 2016. Initially both damaged pieces were delivered. Then after so much arguments they replaced both the ACs. After that, issues started with both the AC. One AC gets started automatically & other AC doesn't work with remote. I filed more than 50 complaints in last one year & called-up customer care more than 200 times. Every time I got response that "ticket has been raised & it will be sorted out.". Many times tickets was closed without even calling me. Some times, tickets were closed saying that "customer was not reachable". It never happened that my phone was not reachable. When I raised complaints again & again the they sent one executive to my home & every time they asked like that "Is it in warranty?". I used to reply yes then as per their protocol they used to call their boss & said that other executive will come & fix the issue & it is keep on going till date. I never come across such "PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE LIKE HITACHI". They are "WORST". Seems customer care has been trained "NOT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES". I won't hesitate to say that "HITACHI COMPANY IS A GROUP OF FRAUDS". If my issue doesn't resolve within week time then I will damage all Hitachi ACs by visiting same TATA CROMA showroom from where I bough it.
