snapdeal.com Complaint - Not received refund

I had purchased a F&D T-200x Bluetooth Soundbar (Order ID: 18593234930) on 15 March 2017 from snapdeal. It had been delivered on 19 March 2017. When i checked it then FM had not working properly and i am not happy with this product, So i raised a request to return the product but there was no option for return only replacement option was available. then i have to requested to replacement the product. Same product had been delivered again on 30/03/2017 but there Same problem was there in this product. I think its a faulty product. Engineer checked the product again but he did not not give me the Job Sheet. When i contacted to the customer care for refund my amount then they said that send the job sheet via mail which was filled by Engineer and they also said that please go to service center to complaining the product but the service center is too far from my home and i don't have too much time to resolve the issue by going to the service center in working days, I told my issue related to the service center to the snapdeal's customer care via phone and email but they replied every time that we are escalated the issue to back end team but there is no resolution provided to me yet. i am regularly follow up from the snapdeal customer care regarding my complaint but no one resolve the issue and every time they told me that we are escalated the issue and reply will be provided in 24 hours. I am completely fed up from snapdeal so i am registering my complain here.
