Complaints Categories (Flying Drone) Complaint - Not refunding the Amount against defective item.

Dear Sir this is to inform you that I ordered a Drone from Shopclues online shopping center, Therefore on 1st May 2017 I received an defective Drone cause it is not controllable at all. Therefore on the very first day I asked Shopclues to take the defective Drone back & add the paid Amount to my Shopclues wallet account so that I can purchase the different Drone with good performance, but I was never helped by the said online shopping site. Therefore I beg help from you to please help me to avail my Hard earned Money back.
