I am a Rajasthan State Pensioner having PPO No.885544. I have my Pension SB A/C No.51071940464 with SBI, TODARAISINGH ( former known as SBBJ TODARAISINGH). I submitted my life certificate in my home branch several times, still, I haven’t been receiving my pension from more than 2 years. When I contacted my branch bank manager he told me that it’s SBI CPPC JAIPUR, which is not clearing the file and he had done all the formalities.
I have also mailed my complaint on your bank’s official email but didn’t receive any response and I am very shocked to see this treatment of one of the India’s biggest bank. I am facing many mental and financial difficulties because of this.
PLEASE TREAT THIS MATTER AS MOST URGENT AND START PENSION FROM DECEMBER 2017 AS FILE IS PENDING AT YOUR WORK AND NOT FROM TREASURY.

THE DRIVER WAS LATE – THE CAR SENT HAD A FLAT TYRE IN 80 KMS – WITH NO SPARE AND ALSO A SECOND TYRE GOT FLAT WHILE WAITING. THE DRIVER DID NOT EVEN HAVE MONEY TO GET THE TYRE FIXED AND HAD TO BE ADVANCED MONEY AND FED BREAKFAST.
WE WERE MADE TO WAIT FOR 4 HOURS ON ROAD SIDE FOR ANOTHER CAR AND WAS SENT A SMALLER VEHICLE IN WHICH WE HAD TO TRAVEL WITH OUR LUGGAGE ON OUR LAPS FOR THE REST OF THE TRIP. THE SECOND CAR HAD NO ROOM FOR OUR LUGGAGE.
WE LOST ONE FULL DAY OF OUR THREE DAYS TRIP WERE ASKED TO WAIT ALONG THE HIGHWAY FOR 4 HOURS WITH NO TOILET OR OTHER FACILITIES.
THE GETMECAB SUPERVISOR HAD THE ATROCITY TO SAY THE COMPENSATION WOULD BE A RS. 750 OFF THE TOTAL BILL. I CHOSE TO PAY THE WHOLE BILL SINCE IT WAS A RATHER INSULTING OFFER. THE SERVICE WHILE PLACING THE ORDER IS GOOD BUT THE RESPONSE TO CONTINGENCY IS VERY POOR.
THE RECEIPT SENT WAS WRONG AND EVEN AFTER THE MISTAKES WERE POINTED OUT IN AN EMAIL TO THE COMPANY THEY DID NOT SEND A CORRECTED RECEIPT.
I am a SBI Credit card holder. On 28-Dec-2017 i got a message in regards to the transaction of Rs 1649 from Card at CPP ASSISTANCE which i don’t agree and without my knowledge. I have raised a request to change my number to other network on 15-12-2017. They have said it took 7 days to process. But after 7 days i have called them (after several times of trial – custom care picked my phone) on 22-12-2017.
1) On my 1st call to Customer Care Representative – They have said my request was cancelled i have to go to nearby service centre to proceed that
2) 2nd call – In service centre they declained that and ask again to call customer care for clarification or again raise a request
3) 3rd call to CCR – It will be resolved on 26th. Your number will be removed on 26-12-2017.
4) Again 27th 4th Call – Repeated the same and 28th 12pm you will be relived from aircel
5) Same again 28th 2.00pm – The 5th CCR asked he needs 36hours to do or again go to airtel service centre to process the same
I really had great great great disappointment with you AIRCEL guys. Your network was dead slow. Your customer care was very poor.

Joister broadband Customer support team failed to resolved my issue. Complaint created from their team member(#291354) at 5:02 pm, 24-12-2017 and after one hour person called me and told that my login shows on 5:15 pm and also i get msg that my complaint is resolved. I dont know what kind of system they are using to resolve internet connection issues which shows wrong information about internet connectivity.Even joister team not able to figure out exact issue.
