repeated reminders.Kindly look into the same & the ensure that line is OK within a day or two.

Honda Hornet shock hydraulic oil complaint from delivery itself

I bought a honda hornet "KL-03-AA-5049" from muthoot honda, konni, last year june, and service done in konni and chittar honda workshops. From the start bike having a tendency of free move to right side, i used to check 2,3 times in service, they told may be prob with cone-set. Again i noticed the front tire is reducing by right side more. again i showed chittar and konni service centers. they used to say may b prob with Alain or something so change the tyre and come then only they can fix it. So at 10000km i forced to change the tyre. In the mean while because of the right side easy move at turning bike slightly get down. After the tyre changed i met the konni service. they told that handle hv slight bend we replaced it, some prob with alignment we fixed it. even though i am not happy with that, they used to say – u may need to change some other parts. again i met chittar service, because after fixing it in konni bike hav tendency to go left side. anyway chittar !
service cleared it. In the mean while the back tyre also reducing by right side more. I used to met pathanamthitta service. They used to say if it is for the front tyre we replace it, because their is same issue. So at 11800km i forced to change the back tyre too.
Easy going, at 12000km i noticed the front tyre again, then it is only 2000km almost run, again i went to chittar service, he used to col some own at other service and told him that the bike having this tyre problem from the very beginning wat to do. The person at the other end used to say " please check the oil in the front shocks" because of that he checked the oil level in both shocks by gauge. In the left side the fork oil level is 300ml, at the right side it is almost 230-240ml range i think. Because of this variation i forced to pay for the oil and service just passing one year and two tyres front and back.
It is a clear mistake made from the honda, due to this problem only i forced to change the fork oil at shirt period and two tyres.
I think because of this the spring too have a action problem, because only the right side having mor action.
Who is responsible for this. How a person can buy a product from india.
I think the problem may b with me by choosing honda and bought a machine with high cost than other dealers on the same category product

Samsung Refrigerator Faulty refrigerator

Dear sir/ madam

I am Sowmya. We bought a Samsung refrigerator in May 2016. Model no RT39K5458SL/TL, serial no 0DCE4DBH400940Y.
Ever since we bought the fridge, there has been a periodic collection of a thick block of ice on the back panel of the fridge. We complained to the customer care and demanded a replacement since it was brand new. But a technician was sent who just changed some board. The original problem persisted.
On repeated complaints to customer care, the only solution offered to us was a suggestion to switch off the fridge for 18-24h to melt all the ice. This only resulted in harassment to us and spoiling of our food on several occasions. No replacement was ever offered. The same problem persists to this day.
Again on a recent complaint with repeated calls to CC and also supervisory team, an offer to repair the problem but only on payment of money for the part along with a service charge was made.
We have undergone a lot of suffering inspite of purchasing a fridge for nearly 50,000 rs.
We are extremely disappointed with the product and service provided by Samsung.
If no appropriate action is taken immediately, ie replacement of this faulty product, we are going to lodge a complaint in the consumer court.
Hope the matter will be resolved without further harassment to us.

I am writing on behalf of my husband Shri Ravindra Swaroop .
This is to bring to your kind information that my husband has sudden brain haemorrhage on 1-11-2015 and subsequently paralysed. He was bed ridden for many months and permanently disabled for work, so his office has got him retired from service at an early age of 55 years only.
I have all the supporting documents related to hospitalisation which are self speaking. In such condition, may I request you to kindly settle his loan outstanding amount as he is not in a condition to pay you any amount out of his pocket at present. Moreover there are 4 dependents on him, whose future are in dark due to sudden accident of my husband.
We have always paid our instalment in time till my husband was working and healthy. However, after this disaster, we reached to a situation of hand to mouth so could not pay installment also.
My husband was the only earning source for the family, who is having permanent brain disability and retired due to health conditions. I am also suffering from various ailments including BP, Sugar and Arthiritus. I have 2 children studying in 10th and 12th. His paralysed condition leads us to nowhere and come to a very bad condition due to no money left in the account for our livelihood. Please note that my husband was the only earning person in the family.
God only knows how we are living with all such ailments.

Respected sir, you have all type of corporate social responsibility and many other provisions which can accommodate the request of a poor wife of Shri Ravindra Swaroop, struggling to live inspite of all such challenges. I am sure that LICHFL, a company earning profit of more than 1380crore in a year with AAA rating is known to build the home and not to break the homes. With my folded hands, I earnestly request you to review my request on behalf of my husband to either waive off his dues or settle in OTS and return the property papers kept with you as security. I am ready to pay all the money we have received from his retirement against OTS. A line of confirmation on above shall be highly appreciable
