I ordered food from a restaurant on 19th April. The restaurant cancelled my order and i got a mail stating refund will be done within 7-10 days. Till not I haven’t recieved my money back.
I am an Ex-Servicemen(Battle Casualty) retired from Army. I would like to complain against the CSD NCO (Grocery Store) of 5685 ASC Bn, Haldwani Cantt. As per my service documents i am declared as Battle casualty and Soldier’s Board has issued me a war disabled Identity Card and at the time of issuing Identity Card to me issuing officer told me that priority will be given to you at CSD canteen as you are war disabled, but when i went to the canteen and showed my I-Card to the soldier who was on entry gate duty he said that he is not aware about the priority to be given to war widows/war disabled. It should be mandatory for the canteen permanent staff to brief about the rules of CSD canteen to every new soldier changing on duty.
Canteen JCO and NCO both were aware about the priority given to war widows/war disabled and canteen JCO was very polite but the canteen NCO was very rude. He said me to wait outside and i waited as he said to me. When i said that i will complaint about your behavior then he let me go inside the canteen. When i came at the billing counter he again misbehaved with me and said that no priority will be given to you. He said me to stand in queue. He said to me that you are looking fit go and stand in queue. I told him that govt has already issued me a war disabled I-card because i have problem in my legs and waist. I told him that my both the legs are operated and i have injury on my waist too but he again talked with me in a very bad manner. Finally he gave me the priority but his behave was very ridiculous.
You are requested to do something regarding the matter. Canteen staff should be well mannered. They should know how to deal the peoples in a polite manner. I am expecting an appropriate strict action against him from your side as soon as possible so that he does not dare to repeat this Inhumane practice with anyone in the future.
आपसे निवेधन है कि आप उक्त हॉस्पिटल में गुप्त सर्वे करें कि यहां पर जो भी मरीज भर्ती होता है उससे जगह जगह पर खर्चा पानी मांगा जाता है। और तो और अगर fracture का patient हो तक उसकी rod या plate आने में 10 से 15 दिन लग जाते हैं। मरीज या तो इंतजार करे या तो भाग खड़ा हो दुसरे hospital में operation कराने। आपकी जांच लाखों मरीजों को इस परेशानी से छुटकारा दिला सकती है। नमस्कार।
I didn’t recieve cashback of rs 200 which was to be credited to me within 24 hours
I recieved confirmation of recieving cashback within 24 hours on 5th May 2018 which means by 6th morning the cashback was being credited to my paytm wallet. But I didn’t recieve it. Kindly do the needful.

There were very beautiful trees which were home to birds also in one of the parks of Sector 21 Panchkula, These were cut down by few residents of the same sector for the reasons unknown. We are strictly against the felling of these trees. Please take notice of this and plant more tress in the area. We need trees and not walls.
This is the third time I am facing issue in delivery of product.. worst service i must say.. also no reply on the mail or no call from support team. It’s been a week now that I have ordered diapers. Yet not received it. Please do not use this app as I have made payment but till now the product has not reached me. There is no escalation matrix also.. they are just not bothered about the issues we customers are facing… Won’t ever use this app or won’t recommend anyone.. as you will end up getting frustrated with follow ups . I have delivered a baby couple of weeks ago and I am being on call and mails for my orderes. Really stressful to deal with it.
