Anyway, I tried to subscribe Jio Prime membership in my mobile number 7978604102, on 27-MAR-2017 14:30:01 via JioMoney android app & your server failed after deduction of amount (Rs.99/-) from my bank account (screenshot attached). I tried to call their provided number viz. 18008919999 but no one picks up. Also I sent support chat TXN Id 721000084202 (via their JioMoney app but bank transaction shows 780736) but mail comes Thu, Mar 30, 2017 at 4:33 PM stated as:
"While doing the transaction through JioMoney, in case the transaction fails and the amount is debited from your JioMoney account, the funds will be auto-refunded within three working days from the date of transaction. If you have made the payment using debit/credit card or netbanking, the amount will be auto-refunded within seven working days from the date of transaction."

So I can or will retry to subscribe prime again after 7 days & I will succeed !!!!!

This is regarding my hero maestro edge headlight order which i had place on 2 months back at your Hero fortpoint showroom at Virar-(W), But still the i have not
received my headlight order & after following up so much with fortpoint team they are replying with the same answer that they have not received the order yet from
the company. Last two months i am driving my maestro with broken headlight only & such kind of pathetic service i am not expecting from company like Hero.

This is Balaji.. I am facing a worst Customer Experience this time. I have requested to book 2 rooms for 5 people and At the time of booking I explicitly mentioned that I wanted a cot and mattress and not mattresses alone. But shockingly when we checked in we were told that they will not provide cot and mattresses instead we should use extra mattresses in a double occupancy Room which is not the point at the time of booking. Executives were lying and escalation team is trying to save their executive. I am forced to pay extra charge. I though OYO ROOMS is Customer Centric but then I got to change my view now after a bad experience. My booking id is MWZR3261and my registered phone number is 9008791839.
My micromax yu-yureka model number-A05510 around a year old has stopped charging some where in Jan 17, i gave it to the authorised micromax service centre for repairs, they told me that the pin is gone and replaced the same, but the problem continued, i again approached the service station, this time they told me that my charger is faulty, i got my charger checked from them it was found ok, then they said that the battery is gone and replaced the battery on 30th March, but in vain after changing the battery also the phone is not charging, and i am suffering this for last 3 months.
firstly i want to know what the fault could be and secondly i want to know if you have trained staff in your service center or they just work on trial and error method. Hope you will take note of this and help me solving my problem.
I am 74 year old and I had made an investment in the Fixed Deposit Scheme started by Unitech in 2013. I invested a total of Rs. 5,00,000 in the name of my wife Mrs Sita Sinha in the FD scheme launched by the company. My FDR No. 1231215 matured on 24.07.16 and the FDR was duly sent to the company on due date. On several inquiries it was made to understand the payment to be made very shortly. l am very much surprised to see the delay and paucity of any communication by the company. At this stage its very difficult for me to run here and there. Request you to please intervene for an early payment by the company.
