For the last 10 days Airtel DTH customer care executives are misguiding me and wasting my time. They are not installing the DTH connection. Only promising that it will be installed soon. Only making execuses. The allotted technician not receiving the call. Totally unhappy with airtel. Please in future (my advice) anyone please dont buy airtel products.

On 4th May, 2018 (Friday), 2 men were drinking and driving a Wagon R (Car number – DL 2C P5461). They were driving on Chirag Delhi flyover at around 8pm. They were drinking while driving and the bottles were visible in their hands. They stopped at couple of autos and were teasing women sitting in them. I called the traffic police immediately to take action but I don’t think anything was done. Can you please look into this?

The road of Chembur camp leading to Inlakhs hospital is occupied with hawkers on both sides. Emergency of any kind makes it difficult for the patient to reach the hospital. Trafffic jam is a big menace and threat to human life. Why is the BMC turning a blind eye and not doing anything about this
When i go to civil hospital for my treatment, doctors never tells more about the diseases and behave like very bad. So please take action against the civil hospital doctors.

I purchased one DAIKIN AC, of following details at a price of Rs 47000, for my house, 4 years back, Model No. FTKP50PRV16 & RKP50PRV16
Type: Inverter, Split AC
Date of purchase: 21.04.2014
On 12.4. 2018, I noted that the above mentioned AC was not cooling at all, and hence registered a complaint with daikin customer care. The customer request ref no. given by SMS was BHU############ and I was informed by SMS that Rohit air conditioners (Phone no 982794XXXX) will do the needful.
After many, many phone calls to the repair agency and your head of Daikin for the state of Chhattisgarh, Mr. Vikas, the problem was diagnosed as “failure of PCB of outdoor unit”. It was also told that since motor and PCB are synchronized, the motor of outdoor unit, even if not faulty will also have to be changed. Yesterday I was told that the cost of both these units is Rs 7719 (PCB: Rs 4413+ Motor: Rs 3306) . Total repair charges including labour charges may be more than Rs 8000. How could parts with such poor quality, escape your quality control team?
Sir, I am deeply disappointed. When I buy an Indian AC, I expect life of 8-10 years whereas, when I buy a Japanese AC, DAIKIN in this case, I expect a trouble free life of 10-15 years. I have been a happy customer of Japanese brands like SUZUKI, HONDA, YAMAHA, MITSUBISHI, PENTAX, NIKON , SONY, PANASONIC for a very long time. Hence, I happily paid a premium price to buy the best 1.5T DAIKIN available at the time of purchasing, in April 2014.
This is the first time that I am experiencing a Japanese product of poor quality. And believe me sir, I am very disappointed. Had DAIKIN been a Chinese company, I would have expected poor quality and I would not even be writing this letter.
Considering that I purchased a DAIKIN product at premium price, which should have given a long trouble free experience, I request you to direct your officers to get the machine repaired without charging me anything.
