I am Abhijith Rajasekharan from Trivandrum kerala. Today i was gone to book a mahindra mojo. They treated me gently and i like the product very much but when i was going to make the payment for booking they shown me a helmet. Really i was shocked. When i purchased a bike of more than 2 lakh’s your company can’t give a company owned helmet and crash guard. They asked extra money for this around 6000. I was really uncomfortable with this.
The free helmet they given was showed below. Whats the use of this type of silly local helmets. Its use is only to cover the legal formalities by Indian government, not used to protect ones life. This mail is an official procedure for that. Company is trying to foolish customers through this. Kindly take appropriate action against it. Expecting a positive reply

Series of 3 fraudulent and unauthorized transactions have been made from my SBI Debit card account by GOOGLE *OCTA INC. on 12/05/2018. After receiving 3 messages from SBI stating that my SBI card has been debited by Rs. 50, Rs 3999 and Rs. 1199, I had to immediately block my card. The messages are as follows:

A total of Rs. 5248/- has been deducted from my account. Being a college student from a lower middle class family the loss of this sum of money is quite huge for me.
Is there any way I can get the refund for the Unauthorized debited amount. If there is please check the situation and help me get back my money.
1st may 2018 I got a call from mobile number 8512899123. She told me that I am call from Samsung Mobile and you win a offer from Samsung. You have to pay just 3800 rs cash on delivery and you got samsung j7 prime. But when I got the parcel on 10th may 2018 and open it infront staff of post office. I saw it is lakshmi murti and tortoise made of meta with brass polish. I have call recording from date of booking to delivery date. And also having video recording when I opened the parcel. One person of lakhisarai distt is also facing same problem on same date. Sir my complaint is I ordered a airbar from genuine Technologies online on May 7 2017 and I pay rupees 149 twice as per my order is for 2 product. I pay online through Bank of Baroda using netbanking. Now the problem is after long time I did not get any response from the company regarding my order or I didn’t get any confirmation from genuine Technologies after long time I cancel my order and ask for refund now the payment gateway company instamojo.com refuse to refund my money kindly help…
I was keep trying to replace the set or battery for my portronics pure sound pro but I am not getting any proper respond from your end to resolved the issue. I bought this product in July 2017 and after a month their battery stopped working .
It’s very pathetic to reach your place to change the system or battery. I request you to please replace the complete set. Please respond on priority.
I just booked 3 tickets and paid 540 rupees through my credit card , money has been debited by cinepolis but tickets not confirmed for tomorrow 2 pm show in seasons mall Pune, cinepolis. This is a repeated issue being faced by many users. I don’t trust this portal. It’s better to book through book my show and pay extra charges for tickets booking fee rather than losing money here. For over the last 6 months, our billing has been changed from domestic to non dementic. Every time, we visit the local BWSSB office, the only thing that they assure is to change it to domestic once arrears are cleared.
