My faulty Hitachi inverter AC was to be replaced and its been 1 month since any reply from Hitachi team.
I had emailed mentioning the same with registered contact number ,but no reply to email since past 2 weeks. I have been writing on their Facebook page but there is no proper reply.
I am making multiple calls to the local service center,but there has been no progress on the replacement for the faulty AC.
I ma being harassed for the last 1 month on terms of replacing the Faulty AC and no specific date is being provided to me.
Is this the after sales support Hitachi provides?

Initially the driver did not come to the location to pick ,when i callled to ask where are you he asked me to walk for 2 minutes
to catch up the cab .i told this is not the location to pick ,he told in map it is showing here only,
but that was wrong because in map it was showing pick up point is still one min away from the location where he was standing.
while dropping to my location he ascked me to get out before the destination.when i ascked why so he told i wants to go to other drop and the drop location road is convenient from this point thats why.
he fought with me for 4 to 5 minuts very arrogantly.take serious action on drivers if this thing happens oftenly definitely you will loose bussiness one day .
Hi sir, I am Bhaskar. I have an issue with my bank account, I was using hdfc bank account from 2016 as it was my salary account at that time. Later in 2017 I have resigned my job and continuing my studies. Few days later my friend credited some amount into my account when I checked that there was deduction in my account. I thought it was like a service charges. Later on every month they were charging penalty charges against me. I enquired about that and I have been informed that I should maintain a minimum balance as my account turned into a Non-Salary account. Now my account balance shows -5500.
How can anybody do this? No one has informed about this and I’m the one who is facing all these and I’m from a middle class family where we can afford only for what we can and not these penalty charges. If there is anything they must have inform us or atleast send a message to me regarding this. I want to get out this as soon. Please help me in this. I will support for each and every thing upon this investigation.
