My name karasani venkata reddy.I am booking HP GAS cylinder on 26-2-2018 and use online pay option for your SBI e pay from my Kotak Mahindra Bank debit card.But my cylinder not booked and also amount Rs.753.50 is deducted in Kotak Mahindra Bank account but payment was not process in HP GAS .
But next day on 27-02-2018 . Iam retry to book same HP GAS cylinder that time also i am trying online pay option on your SBI e pay from my Kotak Mahindra Bank debit card . But my cylinder was not booked . That time also amount Rs.753.50 is deducted payment was not process in HP GAS.

I always travel on UBERGO, so far no complaints, I recently faced a situation, I book for a UBERGO in the night ,where I was able to track and contact the driver, but the driver was not cooperative enough to talk, he was rude, he cuts the call everytime, he doesn’t come to the pick up location ,this way how do I communicate to him, I waited for him to reach the pick up point, he doesn’t turn up, NO RESPONSE. Therefore I cancelled the ride, next I get the message that I would be charge INR 47.80 on my next ride for cancellation . My problem is why will I have to pay for the driver rude behavior who doesn’t cooperate and communicate.

Hi my Name is Arun Aggarwal and u had taken a new fascini scooty on new year on 01-01-18. After two days I heard a sound in scooty after press the brake and next had I had compalint to Yamaha showroom where I had purchased he is saying this is not a big issue we will check on first service . When today I go to showroom for first service mechanic says there is drum issue I am very surprised why this is happening because this a new brand scooty. When informed to showroom manager he us saying we had to take approval for what I don’t know. Please look and resolve my issue otherwise I look to the court throghy legal notice with this tyes of fraud
