AXIS ASAP Closure of Account and cancellation of debit card


To pay using my TEZ account, i started the AXIS ASAP Digital savings account on May 4th, unaware that they will issue me a physical debit card. All i thought, it was an eWallet kind of digital account.
I got the Debit card and it is mentioned in the letter, that Debit card issuance fees Rs.300 and Debit card Annual fees Rs.500 is levied in my account. I called the customer care, but they say that they can’t cancel the debit or refund the charges or close the account. I have to travel to my Branch office in order to close the account. I can open an account using phone but can’t close it"
I have now blocked the Debit, but still the Annual charges levied can’t b e refunded.
The mistake everyone does including me is, we never read the Terms and Conditions and just select the Check box "I have read the terms and conditions" and it is easier for these banks to cheat us of our money.
Is there any way i can get refunded my money and close my ASAP Digital Savings account, as i am not going to use the account or the debit card.
A user should navigate the Banking app freely, but we have to handle it carefully like a fragile thing.

bihar electricity board Very low voltage

I am Harsh Ranjan resident of priyadarshi nagar danapur patna . Sir we are facing problem of extremly low voltage since more than 5 years and now it is no more tolerable.
The problem we are the victims of, is explained below in short. 1. low voltage.
2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.
3. In the nighttime, problem is even worst, there is often no power or too low voltage to operate fan, TV or some-times even CFL bulbs.
4. The problem may be due to the less transformers in area and out dated electrical equipments used
5. it has deleterious effect on electric and electronic goods, several consumers have in the past contacted the electricity department and complained about the voltage but no action has been taken as on date.
Sir we want you to look after this problem as soon as possible and take action immediately. We are waiting to see positive response of your department

Tek Care India Pvt. Ltd Not submitting the original bill of AMC

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that from last 2 months i am requesting for the original bill of AMC which is not submitted till yet . Even I am calling on daily basis to Mr.Avdesh as well as Mr.Kailash but they both are not responding . I am very much disappointed with your services as we are having 7 split AC’s in my office for that we had requested the bill. Even we are your client from last 2 yrs . But still no body is cooperating that;s why we are anablr to do the payments also .

Planet Honda showroom Rajajinagar, Bangalore Showroom booking complaint

I am PRADEEP S and I had booked Honda grazia 20 days back in Rajajinagar planet Honda but while booking they said like it takes 15 days to get it delivered and I am trying to call to showroom but none of them have bothered to pick the call (no ‭99809 27735‬ and ‭+91 80-41444555‬) to know the booking status. I am unhappy about the behaviour shown while booking as well as now. Worst experience from honda showroom.
