I received a damaged product for my paytm order number 5329347856 on 15th June 2018.
I immediately informed the customer care to initiate mu return for the same and also initiated the return via paytm app.
Delhivery courier service was assigned for the pickup and it had to get completed till 19th June 2018. The AWB from the courier service is ############.
The pickup has not been done till date despite my daily follow ups with the Paytm mall customer care.
They again and again say the same thing that your pickup will get done in one or two days.
As per status on 3rd July 2018, I was informed that my return has been rejected. This was done without any action on the request since it was raised.
This has been a very frustrating and harassing situation for me as I am the one that is feeling looted and humiliated by the Company. The courier service didn’t even attempt to pickup the order and and after two weeks they simply cancelled it without contacting me ever.
I want my request to be fulfilled urgently and to refund the amount asap to my account.
Money Dedicated from bank account but still showing payment failed.. I Paid 2 times again but its happened again.
