I have purchased mobile handset from Redmi5A. Within a day I got problem about charging in first attempt without any harsh treatment.As per suggestion of online customer care I sent it to service centre. I shocked when I got attach report from service centre that my mobile was contact with liquid. I got it in proper packing. Problem arouse in a day. I was in nice mood that I have new handset and i was handling it in proper way then how it came with the contact of liquid. It is main drawback of online purchasing that we have to believe without any chance of observation. Now if service centre is appropriate then i have to apply all possible test for the same otherwise company my provide me relief for the same.
Online marketing is token of digital India and if some miscues elements are using it in wrong way for the sake of own benefit Company must focus upon it to facilitate customer

Firstly I inform you the broker PROBUS INSURANCE BROKER LTD (Code No. 990292264) he sell the policy to me and say your policy is for 10 years after 3 years you can with draw the same . After make policy he will send us the 20 years Smart Money Back Policy . and say I am calling from SBI Daryaganj Branch

Means your broker is cheating me
After I see the policy it will be for 20 years . So, am not intrested for the log time
So, I decided to surrender the same and I pay 5 instalments approx 1,20,000.00 and last month I recived the money back amount of Rs. 34900.00.
According to your policy mention if you will surrender policy SBI will deduct the 30% of amount on total value
But, Now, I surrender this policy in your Janak Puri Branch they say we pay only 30,000.00 of surrender value
According to me we pay Rs. 1,20,000.00 in 5 Years and diduct the amount 30% =36,000.00 + 34900.00 money back = 70,900.00
Means 1,20,000.00 – 70900.00 = Balance amount is Rs. 49,100.00
But Your Branch send surrender value will pay only Rs.30478.00
Why your are deduct of extra amount of Rs. 18,622.00
So please take action on

I had recharged my Jio number 8208065938 on 12/01/2018 with an amount of plan amount â¹449- â¹50 (voucher) = â¹399.The amount was deducted from my bak account but my JIO number was not recharged. I used UPI to complete the payment. The transaction ID is ############. The money was sent to [email protected], neither was my phone recharged nor did I receive the refund. Please look into the matter and initiate a refund at the earliest.
