In reference to the 3Bhk unit that we booked from Paarth Adyaant project (CLIENT ID.- CPADL/00030/12, UNIT NO.-1504, BLOCK- Revati -A, AREA AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE-1400 SQFT.(SUPERAREA), RERA NO. – UPRERAPRJ5585) in Lucknow. We received the final demand letter for my flat with an increased super area 90.32 sq.ft without any changes in carpet area in Dec;2017. This was a surprise as there was No prior notice from paarth infra build pvt. Ltd. regarding any changes. We have followed up this matter number of times with Paarth Infrabuild Lucknow office (including email to general manager Mr.Vikram Shukla – ) regarding some of our concerns and queries for the change. We have not received any response to this despite several reminders (both email and postal). We also visited his office (My father represented on my behalf since I’m based in Qatar) & we were promised that a response to the concerns will be communicated. Until date we are still awaiting any response from P! aarth Infrauild Pvt.Ltd.

Recently ( 21-02-2018, 06-03-2018 & 20-03-2018 ) we have received 3 reminder letters for payment (as per original area 2 Lakh Approx.+ extra super area variation 3.6 Lakh Approx.) from Paarth Infrabuild, without any response to our concerns / queries. We are completely aware of our responsibility for the balance payment and ready to close account, but this is only possible once we are convinced with a response for all concerns / queries.

We request you to intervene in this matter to help close my account to facilitate possession.

1. According to the attached Annexure-A the super area of my flat 1504.00 has increased by
90.32 sq. ft. but without any explanation. I expect a Justification for the difference between
Super area, Built-up area, Carpet area along with the concerned drawings.

2. Detail calculation for “others charges” need to be provided; working-out at my end number is not
matching given amount 605,806.00 INR.

3. Status of occupancy & completion certificate.

4. Drawing details for allotted car parking need to be shared.

5. Status of Common amenities i.e. club / park / other facilities at time of possession.

Refigerator Compressor Not Working

I purchased samsung refigerator since 31-1-2018.
Model No.RT28M3983R3/2017
Now this refigerator is not giving any cool (march). I call customer care he appoint engineer he came and check he told me gas was empty and he going. After many times contacting customer care and finaly THEERTHA madam says senior engineer coming. He check and told me compressor is not working. Only 2months using. still ramadan goning on.. eid coming and 2018 august my daughter marriage.

Nagababu who stands near yashoda gardens and beg to take the connection of youbroad taken the service he never responded for your calls and messages one of worst network I ever see in any area. Even the customer service care also not at all helpful to their customers what is the use of youbroad band.once the customer got cheated .no one is suggest this network in future

UAN Pan card linking in KYC issue of UAN portal

Dear Team,
In kyc section of my uan profile name against pan card number has been misspelled. I had tried to correct this through online but everytime it is unsuccessful. Even the employer has submitted the joint declaration taken from me and signed by the employer but still the issue is not corrected.Please find the issue details below:
Name as per document currently shown in uan portal which is wrong: RAVIPILLI NARESH As per Pan card Name as per document : RAVIPALLI NARESH

Please correct the name as per document field of PAN card kyc in Uan portal to RAVIPALLI NARESH.
The issue is reported 6 months back and still the issue persists and pan card details have not yet been corrected.
Please kindly have a look into this issue quickly and resolve it as soon as possible.

Reliance Life Insurance Unfair means of Issuing Policies to customers

With deep disappointment I would like to address my below concern to the knowledge of Relaince management.
I have purchased a Reliance Nippon Moneyback policy in March 2018. I have been in contact with a person named Kamal claiming to be holding a managerial position at Reliance department.
He advised me to purchase the money back plan and also promised to provide a Health Insurance plan, which Reliance is offering as complimentary with the Money back plan and for a limited period of time.
I purchased the Money back plan and have the documents available with me now but I have still not received any information/ documents related to the Health Insurance plan. I was also promised to be provided with a Medical Insurance card with which I can claim cashless benefits at a few networked hospitals.
I am now relaizing that there is nothing related to Helath Insurance plan being offered with the policy and have been fooled by the person (Mr. Kamal Sharma).
I want this to be escalated to the highest level so that these false schemes should not be advertised and misguide the customers.

The above complaint has been written on 15 May 2018 but still unattended. I made a big mistake by dealing with Reliance.
