SBI Credit Card fraud call and deducted my amount from sbi credit card

Yesterday I had receive a call Mobile No- 9874339128. She asked my card no.,card expiry date and CVV details through IVR and after the confirmation an amount of 9999 and 9999 had been deducted 2 times from my card at ccavenue .For your information I have confirmed the OTP through IVR.
She has assured me that I dont have to pay the amount as a statement or bill pay.Amount will be refunded in my card and I will received a gift voucher in my address within 7 days.
I am very much worried about this matter.Is it a scam or is it safe?I have very much doubt because they dont have any information regarding my details even my address?Please help me to know more information about it.
Please let me know incase of any information is required.and i also call sbi custmer care and blocked my card ..plesae take action regarding on this and provide information

Airtel Broadband Installation not done after 24 days

Hi Team,

My CEF NO. 80125184. I have completed all formalities on 1st of MAY and today is 23rd May. I haven’t got connection and when I asked for refund on 8th May , customer executive denied and even Airtel provider said they can’t provide connection to me. I am using Airtel postpaid from long time and this is the worst experience I got and now it makes time to think to change the service from Airtel.
Now when again and again I have asked customer executive for refund so they started making fool and keep on telling that we have registered your complaint and you will be getting your money in 10 days
It’s been so many days and I haven’t got my money. What is happening,Airtel started keeping money from customer for earning Intetest from bank or What.
Everyday I have to. Call customer executive and explained same thing and still no refund. even it’s fault from Airtel ,I need to suffer. Come-on guys ,why you all started wasting Airtel name because of your own mistakes and laziness.
Please refund my amount.i dont want to use Airtel anymore because of these kind of behaviour.

This the third time I am trying to purchase redmi note 5 pro on flash on flipkart I am not able to purchased online last 2 time the product was showing options to purchase but on today sale there was no option showing to buy now and with seconds the product went out of stock I have spoke 3 or 4 time to flipkart customer care person regarding the sale of redmi note 5 pro or any per order system because there is lots of problem while purchasing online product if there is no stock of product why they say flash sale
