AIRTEL LANDLINE BROADBAND Complaint - payment cleared - but no bills received

Dear sir/madam
My landline /broadband no :04448634789 ,I paid bill amount of 715 for my October month bill period,Through my Imoblie app of icici bank pay bills option - in this i selected landline broadband option , company - airtel landline, pay amount - 715 and Sumited,,I received successfully done, Payment made on 6.11.17 and the transaction id - BIL/############/QUICK PAY BILL/IMOBILE/AIRTEL.. and the amount got debited, also -- but did not receive any message about the transaction from airtel..
Kindly support in this regard and help me to get the bill details..My name robinson..

Note : i have already paid through this method - of my previous bills
