JIO Prime Recharge Complaint - Payment deducted from Paytm wallet but recharge not done

I had done JIO Prime recharge of ₹402 through paytm.The wallet show deduced amount & Paytm sent a successful mail regarding recharge but the payment was not done nor I got the confirmation mail from Jio..I had complaint to Paytm regarding this but they say it was billdesk fault & I also show Jio prime about the payment and they said they have not recieved any amount..Reply asap & return my money back..

This is the message I got after the paynent:
Paid Rs.402.00 to BILLDESKutil at 10:03 PM. Wallet txn ID:8402398674 Avail. Bal:Rs.94.0
