Sub:-Prunning of trees in the residential premises

Respected Sir,

I am a resident of B-300(2nd floor), Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi - 110019

I am residing on the top floor of the building and there are two overgrown Eucaliptus trees adjuscent to my building which not only have crossed the third storey but also dangerously leaning over the building and over the rooftop. Due to these trees lots of insects and mosquitoes entered in our house. Even sometimes bats also.

Throughout, the year these mosquitoes are coming inside our house, even thought the doors and windows are closed. Not only in night, during the day time the mosquitoes are there in the house. and to get rid of them we have to use several pesticides and insectides on daily basis. It is affecting our health coz these contains harmful chemicals.

On the top of insects problem every day thousands of leafs are falling on the terrace and causing blockage of rainwater outlets and thus leaking in the building walls which is resulting weakening of the building itself. These trees needed immediate prunning.

One more area of concern, which could be a problem in future is the volume of weight of the tree, which is there on the upper portion of the tree and the trunks are thin to bear the weight. It could break in stroms and heavy winds and might cause huge damages to the building assets/properties.

Would request you, kindly assign a team to get these trees prun as earliest as possible.

Appreciate your quick response on the matter.

Thanking you,
Shyamol Roychoudhury
