IFB refrigeration Complaint - Refrigerator

Dear Sir/ Madam

As per the subject mentioned, this mail is to inform you about the poor customer service we received for the IFB refrigerator we purchased two years back. Even though it is expensive with the other market brands we went for IFB because of the quality standards we have experienced when were in abroad.

Unfortunately, after six months from the date of purchase the door became malfunctioned. d After repeated complaints and escalations it got replaced after 1 month. That day we realized that a big brand like IFB is not have a good customer service.

Now its been more than a month that our refrigerator stopped functioning. Being a working lady, I opted for the high variant refrigerator because I can manage my shopping only on the weekends and plan my meals accordingly. The whole shopping and monthly budget now has become topsy turvy as I have to buy all the perishable items on day to day basis. Many technicians came and none could rectify it. I felt very bad when a Samsung technician came to check the refrigerator when I escalated the matter to some manager at your call center. This means that even IFB is not able to provide a prompt service and depending on other competitive brand technician to repair their own refrigerator.

It is very sad to say that if the complaint is not sorted out within a weeks time we will be proceeding further to the consumer court for justice.

Kindly take this as a serious issue and do the needful at the earliest.
