DTH Complaint - Status of Accounts

I A CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE BIG TV WITH SMART CARD NO: 200968876278 SINCE MANY YEARS. I WAS OUT STATION FOR A MONTH MY ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED, NOW THAT I HAVE RECHARGE TODAY I.E. ON 25-05-217 FOR PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS AS I USUALLY DO. BUT THE PITY PART IS THAT WHEN CALLING TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THEY ARE JUST DISCONNECTING PHONE. I HAVE TRIED THEM MORE THAN HALF A DOZEN TIME BUT AFTER COMING TO LINE THEY ARE JUST DISCONNECTING LINE WITHOUT ANY REPLY ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY ACCOUNT. I REQUEST THE CONCERN AUTHORITY TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND GET MY ACCOUNT ACTIVATE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
