Airtel Broadband connection Complaint - Transfer request not processed


I had submitted a transfer request to Airtel for transferring my broadband connection to a new residential address within the same city. The Airtel website says that the SLA for this kind of request is 5 days. I submitted the request on 30th April, 2017, but have still not received any satisfactory response from these people. Neither did anyone from Airtel come and help me with uninstalling my connection from my old address.

I don't understand the attitude of Airtel, not only broadband, with its other services too, I have seen a very lacklusture response. In addition to this, Airtel fraudulently over-charges customers, adds extra charges surreptitiously, which the customer has not asked for.

Are we earning our money to fill Airtel's coffers, and taking up additional mental stress due to repeated calling and following up with their pathetic customer care for requests which are way past their SLAs?

Please help me get my connection started in my new address. My request number which Airtel has provided me is 81823372.
