one assist consumer solutions pvt ltd Complaint - wrongly rejected my insurance claim, misguiding consumers,

I purchased one assist mobile protection/insurance plan for my iphone 7 which covers liquid damage and many other incidents, recently my phone stopped working and I took it to the service center for understanding the problem, I was informed by apple re-seller nyasa that the device is liquid damaged and non-repairable and since I have purchased insurance plan from "ONE ASSIST" I should inform them about the same, following which I spoke to one assist customer care and as per their instructions registered the claim online. In the claim form I had mentioned the events related to my phone and submitted my claim. One assist team had no answer regarding my claim and every time they would tell me that my claim is under verification, how long does it take to verify 4 documents which are online??? They kept on buying time and today morning I get a call from customer service of one assist that the claim is rejected as the phone is liquid damaged under mysterious circumstances and the file is closed.
my plan clearly covers liquid damage, yet one assist is trying to look at language loop holes and has tried hard to escape from my claim. One assist is not an insurance company and they rely on third party insurance providers, this information was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase, they have misguided me, cheated me and sold their product to me by providing false information. There should be strict action against this company as they cheat consumers
